Help & Care

Help & Care is a Dorset Based Charity working with older people and Carers. In association with the Poole NHS Primary Care Trust, Poole Hospital and Borough of Poole Social Services a new Group of older people 50 plus is being formed to help plan services and intiatives for the Borough's older population.

If you are over 50 and have an interest in improving your own and the lives of local older people in Poole please send for an application form for this interesting and exciting new development specially for the people of Poole.
