Dogs, cats, rabbits and goats looking for forever homes

Dexter the German Shepherd is one of a number of animals looking for their forever homes this week.

Dorset-based animal rescue center Margaret Green is looking to find permanent homes for these dogs, cats, rabbits and goats.

Can you help ? All the details are below.

Dexter

Dexter is a 3 year old male German Shepherd. He is very affectionate once he gets to know people and loves scratching his back. He enjoys walking and being outdoors with other dogs, but would love to be the only pet in the house. He is looking for an experienced, adult-only home with owners who will train with him.

Echo of Dorset: muzzleNose

Snoot is a 3 year old German Shepherd crossbreed. At first he can be a little nervous but with a little time and patience he will quickly become comfortable. He likes to go for walks and meet other four-legged friends. He is looking for a family who can continue his training, because he can be strong in the lead. He would prefer to be the only pet, but he could possibly live with teenagers.

Echo of Dorset: JonasJonah

Jonah is a 2 year old Lurcher. Since coming to Margaret Green he has slowly gained confidence and he would like to find his own family who will help him continue this growth. He loves to play off-leash with his canine friends and he enjoys cuddling with the staff here. He could live with older children, but would prefer to be the only pet in the house.

Echo of Dorset: Brodybrody

Brody is an 11 year old cat looking for his forever home. He likes to make a fuss, but he can be shy at first, so he will need time and patience to settle in. He is looking for a quiet, adult-only home where he will be the only pet in the house.

Dorset Echo: pepper and splashPepper and splash

Pepper and Splash are two 4-year-old male Anglo-Nubian goats. Together they are looking for a house where they will have plenty of space with high fencing, because they know how to jump well. They will also need solid housing, where they can go in the winter to keep their feet dry. They are curious boys who like to be around people, so they would like lots of human interaction in their new home.

Echo of Dorset: Lucy and FinLucy and Fin

Lucy and Fin are two 6-year-old bunnies who are best friends. Lucy is a loving girl who always adores Fin and they also love hugs and affection from their human caregivers. They are a very friendly and sweet couple who would like to find their forever home soon with a loving family.
